This greenish thing is one of my favourite food of all time. It is called Zongzi or Bakchang. Basically it's made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings such as meat and salted egg yolk then wrapped in bamboo leaf. No Gawai but at least today I can celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival with the Chinese people.🥚
